:) I like being able to jump from storyline to storyline. I think it gives more cohesive picture of Ponyville as whole. I just worry that the storylines themselves aren't as fun when the installments are spread so far apart. If only I could update several times a week. ;)

It's not "cheating," it's just being resourceful!

The first thing I actually noticed was the dog in the box being the same. Then came the "hey... wait a minute!"
I love Cotton Candy and Ki'ono. Your characters are so enjoyable. ♥

That poor dog. She's all been dropped from the comic. She hasn't made a genuine appearance since JULY. JULY! I need to work in a Paris story. Silly little accessory dogs..

Those purse dogs hold up well to storage. And thank you! I am glad I got to resuse that CCCafe background, because it was a MONSTER to create. I remember it taking hours alone. Curving wall! Appropriate window proportions needed! MEEP!

Thanks for saying so! I think this is my favorite set of dialogue between them; it's nice to make a strip that can focus on dialogue alone sometimes.

(And thanks for the typo flag! I changed them immediately upon seeing this comment.)

Ahh, Ki'ono. Does he ever go anywhere without that bottle? LOL.

I love his expressions when he takes off his glasses. He's just very smooth and you capture that so well.

Hahaa! It's sort of like Ponyville's on summer hiatus and this is a rerun, only...NOT! The deja vu joke worked perfectly, at least for me -- I was just starting to think, "Heyyyyy, this is familiar..." and then I got to the last panel. ;)

I still love CC in that second panel:D

I have an idea for the ribbon cutter- Baby princess Sparkle. CC will be all excited that a princess will attending and then she'll find out that she is a spoiled whiny child! (which Kimono will have forgotten to mention)

OR it will be Star Catcher who everyone thinks is a *real* peg but the wings are strap-ons which would inconveniently come off during the ceremony.

OR... I could shut up now *runs away*

Sunsparkle? The one that came with the castle?

She was actually, long ago, a planned character. A jaded youth-type with hip-hop clothing and a sour attitude. But I realized how cliche that was and exsponged her from the story. (Not that any of the other characters aren't cliche -Mafia boss, pot-head, scatterbrained mayor- but you know what I mean. ;))

Ok. I admit. It took me until the second panel to realize I'd seen it before. What gave it away to me? Cotton Candy's hooves that were so well done and that drew me to that particular strip in the first place! *laughs* That and I could swear that I'd seen Paris in a box before...;). I love Ki'ono (second to Jack, that is..."We can run there together." XD Priceless!) and the Italian charm he brings. (I'm Italian, so sue me.) I have to agree with some of the other comments. The chemistry between these two charcters just works. I think, maybe, you can work a lovely little, 'I hate you but love you' type storyline in there. If you so choose, that is. :D I vote Jack for the ribbon ceremony. (Of course!) But I would also be pleased if another character was introduced. HOwever, it might get a little cluttered if there are too many characters. I love CC's expression in the last panel, it comes across very well and Ki'ono's got something up his, er, hoof. :D You can just tell. Well done, even though it was only one panel that was really 'new'! ^_^ It works though, it totally works.

If only there was a way to duplicate those hooves! (Aside from literally reposting them :P)

Ki'ono would not be pleased to be second to Jack. He would pretend to be pleased, and then cause harm to your #1. This is if he even knows who Jack is, which I doubt. Differetn ages, different circles, and I am rambling.

::nods:: I sort of wonder if it isn't already too cluttered. I like the manic stroyline jumping, but recently I've only been able to update the comic sporadically, and I worry that makes things just too cumbersome for Reader Sue.
